according to the Boston globe Brad Marchand is likely to receive a deal in the neighborhood of two-years and around $2.5 million per season. The Bruins have 7.6 million in cap space, not counting Marc Savards 4 million taken off the cap.

Unlike you Bruins fans don't consider trading for an already drafted first round pick as acquiring said pick. But to your point we are actually big on trading problem players with no heart that are lazy and have a bad attitude and strong skill for high draft picks. It's worked out very well so far.

but what happens when phoenix moves to quebec city? all of quebec have a hit list, with brad marchands name on top of it. these are the things you need to think of
