My stupid laptop is so bogged down right now. So this thread is bad beyond belief. Wish I knew something about computers to fix this problem.

But ya, I could (and have) listen to old Atmosphere all day long.

I'm good at computers, what's wrong with it exactly?

Just really sluggish right now. Cleaned out cookies and all that jazz but that's about the extent of my knowledge on the subject. If you respond, you can just do it in the General thread so we don't take this too far off topic.

That was probably me. Liked them a lot. Especially the Illuminate album. Heart Mindy White...

Generic, here's the band that I stole my fantasy football name from. They were decent, nothing too great. This album was had a few songs I liked a bit. Just more or less a good fantasy sports sort of name.

Doomtree (feat. P.O.S.) played a free show on campus today, and they were totally phenomenal. Some awesome songs and a ton of energy, even with a pretty tiny crowd. Never heard any of their stuff before, but between Ali, Atmosphere, and now these guys, I really do think we have to have the best hip-hop scene in the country.

This was the highlight of the encore:

And even though P.O.S. was the featured emcee, Dessa absolutely stole the show a few times; she's incredible. Probably the only female rapper (hell, maybe only female singer) I really enjoy.

Anyone have the newest Manchester Orchestra album that came out in May? Should I pick it up? Keep in mind this is coming from someone who was a pretty big fan of their previous album...

EDIT: Just downloaded. First impressions are it's another good album.

These guys are pretty good. Most post-rock is really. Don Caballero, Russian Circles, Red Sparowes, This Will Destroy You, etc... Check them out if you haven't.
