Hard to say, with all the injuries he had in the past his game may have changed a bit.
He's pretty fast and has a good shot, good at faceoffs as well. His consistency is a bit lacking though. At times he was a dominant scorer in the DEL, then he was snake-bitten throughout last season, before looking good in the World Championships again. He's certainly no playmaker, putting him on a line with a goalscorer who can't create on his own rarely works well.
He has a fair amount of aggressiveness, a bit of a temper when it comes to after-whistle stuff, but his lack of mass means that he's not physical at all.
At least that's how I remember him. His team was a mess in the last two years, so that may have brought him down a bit.
