Hopefully he's good for the home opener and ready to step in and play a role right away.

Nothing new on #Habs Markov, he's still on whatever schedule team is using for his rehab

Martin said losing Woywitka is unfortunate but additions of Emelin and Diaz made him expendable. Also said Betts injury is lower body

Real_ESPNLeBrun Pierre LeBrun
Jacques Martin says Blair Betts is day to day with lower body injury. Won't play tonight but hopeful for next game.

Any word on when we can start to see some injured players back? Markov skating? Timeline? Gomez,White, Eller when could we see them play?

Gomez and White were day-to-day as far as I know. The others might be a while.

Hope you don't mind but I changed the title to make this an all-inclusive injury report thread that we can keep going throughout the year.

God knows we'll need it, with the Habs' luck in recent years

Eller's lookking to be ready for the season opener, Markov used the season opener as a timeline to get back, I could see him missing about 5 games.

Good news that Gomer's practicing. I worry that he's picked up a groin injury, they can nag a player all season. Hope not in this case.

I hope that I'm not posting this in the wrong thread, but do any of you know which of the prospects are currently injured, and which we might see in upcoming pre-season games? I have read that Leblanc, Nattinen, Fortier, White and Delmas are hurt, but don't know about Bournival, Conboy, McFadden, Dame-Malka, Winnett, Stejskal, Mitera, DeHart, or Archambeault.

Winnett got hurt an Conboy apparently has a concussion.

I believe in scrimmage McFadden sustained an injury, as well.

Brendan Nash just had operation on his shoulder.

According to JM, Gomez should play on the weekend.

Eller is expected to be cleared for contact next week.

DD has a lower body injury now and is out.

Markov is still skating alone.

I hope so. But I would like to see Beaulieu in the first 8-9 games of the season before Markov's comeback. I don't expect the habs to keep him, though. But he could be as good as Fowler last year in Anaheim if he was staying.

I would had like to see Bournival in a pre season game or two.

Hopefully we gonna see White for the last couple of pre season games.

Too bad Leblanc is still injured, too.

Speaking of Louis Leblanc, what's the update on him?

I was expecting to see him at the camp.

Still didn't get the green light for contact since his operation during the off season, might be strait to Hamilton without even playing an exhibition game

He's in the same boat as Eller, both went under the kife around the same time with the shoulder injury.

I heard Gomez had a sprained ankle. An easy heal, especially compared to the dreaded groin injury.
