I bought Gamecenter to watch the games this year, and I am AMAZED at the quality. I couldn't recommend it any harder if I tried.

It outputs flawlessly to my 32" and 46" flat screens.

Just a heads up for you out-of-towners.

I had it last year, and it was great...when the game was actually shown.

Too many blackouts.

I was looking into GameCenter on my PS3 to watch games once I got home from work.

Then I found out I'd have to wait 48 hours to watch the latest Sabres game. Nuts to that!

Speaking of birthdays, thanks to a particularly awesome one I now have HD in several rooms it did not exist before, and tickets to 5 games this year. Winning.

Big weekend plans, anyone?

I think we're taking it very easy. Having a few friends MAYBE coming over tomorrow. I'm going to go grocery shopping after work because it looks like my previous golfing plans are gonna get rained out.

And that's all I've got.

I was supposed to head to the Finger Lakes for a friend's birthday weekend, but my eye is really bothering me from leaving my contacts in all last weekend on my camping trip, so I think I'll be staying home to do yardwork and clean up the house.

(And go the the game tomorrow night. )

Flying to France on Tuesday for a conference for my work. Will be there until Sunday.

Wish I could extend my time in Europe, make it a vacation, and head up to see the Sabres Premiere games.

Let's see.... *opens calendar*

- Tomorrow at 8 a.m. the lad has hockey evaluation
- After returning home, we have errands to run, most noteably groceries
- Sunday is a birthday party for my wife's great aunt, happening in the afternoon down in the Gowanda area

Surprisingly spartan for the second week in a row.

Have a postponed day planned at the local go-kart track / laser tag / arcade complex with my kiddies on Saturday and was planning on taking them to a Chicago Fire Soccer game on Sunday, but the forecast may nix that.

This seems like a perfect weekend to make some WW/MM Chili in the crock pot.

I am so glad today is Friday. I've been sick the past week and missed school yesterday (and today), etc. Now I can kick back, watch hockey and eat soup.

In terms of formal scheduling, ie. things on the calendar, your shindig and my son's hockey were the only things on the dockett last week. Two/three = spartan.

I miss Lasertron. I'm hoping my company has an outing there at some point, it would be fun.

Two crock pot / soup mentions... makes me wonder what's on the menu at our abode on Sunday.

Either chicken and biscuits or buffalo chicken wing soup?

They say spicy foods help induce labor.

Rose oil too, supposedly.

We're making pulled pork and homemade slaw at some point tomorrow.

Good luck with that. It's not the talking part that will get you into trouble... it's the "after talking" part.

Spicy foods?

I guess I should never cook for pregnant women, or there will be a ton of preemies running around.

Farmers Market tomorrow!!
Watching the ffffff out of football Sunday, maybe playing some puck too.

I might try to move this giant desk that we inherited in our apartment into one of the other rooms and make an office out of it, but I'm not sure it'll fit down the hall.

Anyway, it beats last night which consisted of me cleaning cat boxes at the car wash station in our complex.
