I'm almost ready start cheering for Jagr...

Bartulis is having a rough night so far though, I keep hoping that he'll take the next step and be a reliable bottom-pairing d-man, but he is not showing it so far tonight.

Testwuide didn't exactly better his chances tonight either. Before being ejected he failed to clear the zone a couple of times and doesn't look ready at all to me.

Hopefully JvR will continue scoring like this in the regular season.

Is this guy really the PA guy for the Wings?

he sounds like Richard Dunn from Tim & Eric

Some got excited over Mike Maneluk's preseason, too.

Justin TV

The Justin.tv iphone app took a long time to get going (I had to retry a lot, while watching on the PC) but now that it's running it's going much less choppy then my (older) desktop.

I don't think he's been all that terrible in the other games, but he certainly isn't claiming the 6th spot so far. I really want to see either him or Gustafsson in there over Lilja, and Bartulis is cheaper plus he risks being lost to waivers (not the greatest risk or loss perhaps, but still), so I'd really like him to step up.

Didn't Jon Sim do exceptionally well one pre-season as well, or am I confusing him with Maneluk somehow?

Flyers need to stop taking penalties... even if it is preseason.
