Hello all, I am doing a project in school on the knights, and how a junior hockey franchise runs it's business.
I didn't ask this question in the Knights thread as it seemed off topic, and I thought it would be overlooked.
Can anyone give me some info on how the Knights run their franchise ? Like billets, tutors, coaches, how they make money, anything about the business side or hockey operations side would be great. It doesn't have to be the knights specifically, OHL teams would be great too.
I would of used Wikipedia but were not allowed. As apparently it's not a legitimate source( it is true).
Mods if you feel that this thread belongs in the Knights thread then please move/merge/close it.
Like I said I'd rather info about the knights in general but any CHL teams would be great.
if you need a credible source, you should go to the source. Send basically the same email to firstname.lastname@example.org and see if that works. Just state it is for school and they may reply with your answers or potentially set a date up where you can speak in person with a team rep.
Hihgly likely wont be Mr. Hunter but someone from the organization would give you some help
Some people on here may have answers but going to the source is always best
If you want business information on the finances of an OHL team contact the Kitchener Rangers and see if they will send you a copy of their annual report. It contains high level information about the teams income and expenditure from last season.
