Don't forget though, we sit next to him. He's our favourite of the random friends that we've made in section 11.

I do like when there are characters.. and we used to have many at Guertin in the old days.
My other favourite guy is the drunk guy from section 3 who is always harassing opposing players in the penalty box, to the point where security has to come tell him to settle down a few times a game.

Also any other players on the team I should keep an eye on this year as potential draftee's would be appreciated.
I am expecting a breakout season from Taylor Burke.
Strong power forward with solid offensive skills.
I have seen him at training camp and he is looking pretty good.

As for potential draftees among the rookies, you can keep an eye on forwards Tomas Hyka and Emile Poirier, as well as goaltender Chris Clarke.

He also got kicked out of the 99 Mem cup finals when he got into a fight with a Calgary hitman fan lol. What a legend.

Purple/Black/Orange is passé.

Black & White & Silver is back, baby.

Ah...

They look great, and I am quite pleased with them, but I want some colour in an alternate jersey or something. I was on board with the new jerseys by the end of the first period against Val-d'Or.

A Black/Silver/White barberpole sweater might come at some point though...

Question. Is there some sort of box office at the arena that I can walk up to to get single game tickets?

My wife's favourite!

That was a great game, I'm hoping that this turns into a good rivalry.

We might get Pageau back for the game in Victoriaville in Sunday, things are good again in Hull!

Edit - We will have Pageau back on Sunday!

I LOVE those new jerseys.

Mostly because I love the LA Kings ones, but with the logo those are beauties.

I really want to order one in.

I was so so on them at first, but I've started to really like them. My main criticism is that I would have like there to be waist stripes, rather than just thin hem stripes. I'm always leery of black jerseys, especially in the edge-era, but these are a pleasant surprise.

Now that I've seen them on the ice 4 times, I've come to think that they're just as nice as the old ones. I have yet to personally see the white ones on the ice though, maybe I'll order tomorrow's game in Victoriaville... I don't feel like driving four hours tomorrow.

I checked the Olympiques website, and river city sports, and there was nothing. I might have to get a family member to go down to a game, and send me a jersey.

They sell them at the Bob and at Duguay Sports on Taché. Possibly elsewhere, but I don't know.

All I want to say right now, is that I blame those damn new white jerseys.

Purple and orange in Val-d'Or anyone?
