Can't play regular season, but can play pre-season.

Kade Pilton is a player. Won't be surprised if he jumps up everyones draft rankings after his rookie season.

How many season ticket holders do we have in here?

I do. Kade Pilton is eligible for 2013, I think he could be one of the better players to come out of the WHL, if he could make a big impact on the Royals blueline. I think he has potential to play top minutes.

He has 2 points in the first two pre season games, if I remember correctly. And he had a beautiful end to end rush for a goal in the intrasquade game. He has everything going for him to become a big name for the 2013 draft.

That goal was sick, the only think that I think he is lacking is his speed, not that fast, but that could be beacuse he is a big kid.

Not sure, he is off to Buffalo's training camp shortly.
I could see Rintoul being named captain, because of his age.

as I watched 25+ games with the Bruins last year in Chilliwack, he probably would be my choice for captain this season.

I went a re-read the promotion.

"Tickets will be available at the Select Your Tickets box-office every Monday of the regular reason for that week’s games only"

So basically you have to buy tickets on a Monday for games that week.

When I went to the intrasquad game, I didn't have a ticket and they said hot dogs are a buck. Don't know if this is the case this time around.

Went to a 5 dollar exhibition against Kelowna, place was hopping pretty good. Maybe I don't go to enough local games, but it's absolutely bewildering to see a crowd leave so much garbage and food everywhere... even if it is just a dollar.

Otherwise general comments on the game(it is just one game and I am unfamiliar with most of these players, so will see long term)
-Hamilton was great, he really did win the game for them. He still has work to do, obviously, but he really appears to solidify the goaltending. Gamble could be on his way out.
-I was impressed with Logan Nelson, he could be a good player for this team for a few years.
-Crooks and Soudek look like solid vets, although they had moments i didnt like
-Sundher was everywhere. clearly a step above the pace
-Austin Carroll, Hodges, and Mcgee seem to have potential, i liked their games considering their age. Mcgee was a sparkplug at 5 7.

The defence is a concern... Rintoul is a quality guy and definitely a top pairing top 3 guy, but after that I have my doubts.
Stahl seems adequate, but playing a bigger role then he should.
Habschied... not as bad as I was expecting based on complaints, but the fact he is playign in our top 4 is a bad sign. He sure loses a lot of battles down low for a guy who is 6 4. as a 5-6-7 guy I could live with him though
Zgraggen also looks fairly suspect, particularly his skating looked fairly bad.
Pauls was okay, not bad for his role.
Pilton has potential... but for now he is 16 and it shows.

All in all an interesting team, pretty bright looking future though

Any word on what kind of player he is didn't see him play in Vancouver, some other guys were impressive but royals lacked finish and goaltending really killed them.

I am curious as well, he wasn't in the lineup last night so I didn't get a chance. Does anyone know why he was out? Healthy or injured?

Asked him about that.
He played in Vancouver, but broke his skate halfway through the game and they couldn't get him a replacement in time for the home opener.

He will be in the lineup when the team hits Prince George this coming weekend.

3-3 heading to the 3rd Vs PG. Goals for Victoria , Nelson (1) from Jones, Soudek (3) from Sundher and Magee and Magee (2) from Soudek and Sundher. Hamilton is playing very strong.
