I'd say that Dumont has outplayed him (and all the other bottom-6 centre candidates) in every possible way up to this point.

But Engqvist IS taller...

Mcfadden???

Does anyone know what happened to him? I know he was hurt, but was he even at the main camp? I was looking forward to seeing him as his stats were interesting and he wasn't drafted. I thought he'd be Hamilton bound. Is he under contract or did we cut him loose?

thx

I think Archambault played great in the preseason games. If continues to hardwork like that, I think he'll be player.

After tonight, they should cut at least half a dozen more.

I am expecting to see Palushaj, Dumont and Engqvist to stay for a while because of injuries. Blunden (?) and Willsie might stick around because they have NHL experience.

Morgan Ellis

How did he look in training camp with the Habs? I haven't been able to see any footage and was wondering about his development.

Would have liked to have seen more of Archambault and Beaulieu and I really thought Beaulieu was going to be a late cut, so I am a bit suprised, Also didn't think Avitsin would be cut so fast, either! Masse should have been cut a week ago, haha!

Also, Trotter was waived so Hamilton bound I guess.

This is one guy that moved up the prospect rankings for me.

He was very steady, carried the puck up the ice effectively when he needed to. Not in the same way that Subban and Beaulieu do, but he looked comfortable doing it. I'd say he was our best defenseman last night.

I have 50. I think you forgot Dame-Malka, Dehart, Fitzgerald and Nash on D as well as Bishop on F.
