MSG's Reaction When Jagr Returns

How does everyone think the Garden is going to react when Jagr returns to the Garden in late November for the first time since he went to Russia a few years back?

I'll cheer for him once. After that, all bets are off.

He should be cheered. It was Slats that forced him out by signing Naslund before Jagr was ready to make his decision on the 1 year contract after not getting the 2 years like he wanted.

I'd give him a standing O.

He'll be cheered his first game at the Garden, no doubt.

Cheered for sure. He brought this team back to respectability. He holds the single season records for most goals and points scored by a Ranger.

Ranger fans - and NY fans in general - don't have petty jealousies like most other fans. If they liked you when you were here they like you when you return.

Exactly this.

Jagr was the main reason our team was respectable and playoff teams post lockout.

I'll be cheering him, wearing my Jagr jersey too. Nothing after the puck drops though, pretty much just when he comes out and maybe if he's a star of the game.

No offense to any Jagr fans here, but no one should ever be cheering for someone wearing a Flyers jersey.

Before the game I don't see it as a big deal. Kind of a proper thank you for all that he did for us. I don't think anyone's suggesting that we cheer in game, or after he scores a goal or anything like that.

But you can't ignore what he meant to this organization post-lockout.

No Boos, No cheering. Always thought it was stupid how Pens fans booed him. Thank you for your service 68 but that's about it.

I'm not ignoring anything he did. I'm very appreciative of everything he brought to and did for the organization. That said, he's a Flyer now. Would I boo him? No, I wouldn't. Cheer him? Nope.
