Bryz Sez

A running tab of LOLz-worthy quotables from Ilya...

"It seems like there's going to be lots of murders," said goalie Ilya Bryzgalov, when asked of his impression of the Flyers-Rangers rivalry. "Make sure we have enough ambulances."

The tweet came after he supposedly moved into Philly, so I'm assuming that's where it was.

I like the one after his debut, something about if it's different playing a new team he hasn't seen before, said something along the lines of:

"No, the puck is still round."

Haha, the park one is especially hilarious to me. bryz is temporarily living in the rittenhouse section of the city, which is where I live. So I'm assuming he is referring to rittenhouse square.

While I dont like the contract for 9 years, I can live with these quotes for the next decade.

I really don't mind it. Whatever gets the fans into the game, except for the wave. The wave ****ing sucks.

I can't remember who tweeted it, but apparently Bryz replied to the Bruins pre game nuisance by saying something along the lines of:

"I took my pads off...went back to the hotel, and took a 20-minute nap."
