2006 Draft

What picks do we have in the draft (round-wise) ...I'm pretty sure we got Florida's 2nd, and 1 or 2 more 2nd's ...Anyone know?

Well, we still have our first, which is good cause at this rate we may have a shot at getting Kessel first overall!

I think Mojo is correct, at this point we have 4 2nd round picks. I think Clarke will probably use at least one of these, maybe two in trades through the year.

I hope we keep at least 2 second rounders

with the potential to move up some, or just fill some depth positions.

obviously a winger probably round 1 and a couple dmen in round two, would be my guess. if we have more picks in round two, the rest would be for wingers i beleive.

i can't wait for the 06 draft, cuz i'm going to go to it in Beautiful Vancouver,BC.

Can't wait. should be a great and interesting event.

I'd rather see Clarke trading our first and a bunch of seconds to move up and get Mueller.

well the nhl draft on tv isn't too bad to watch, the nfl draft is awfully slow. its like an 8 beer event.

oh i agree trading the first and a whatever else to move up is a good idea. but i also would like to see us keep our earliest second rounder, which should be close to a first rounder, cuz we need a dman as well.

For the first pick, I bet Clarke picks a big centre.
