question, are these games played on international sized rinks? Are our games vs LA and Anaheim going to be played on international sized rinks? I doubt there are many American sized rinks, although I suppose they could put one together like how they put the rinks together in converted venues (i.e. Basketball <--> Hockey)

I don't know for sure, maybe you're right. I'm just going off of what they've done in years prior.
Actually, Nordic Vikings met Native Americans in Canada at least 492 years before the continental Europeans "discovered" the people on that continent. But nobody said to the natives that they were lost - so I guess using the word Indian is a gross misnomer as well (ie the Europeans "thought" they had found India, quite a wrong assumption it proved to be).
Using the word Indian is about as insulting and wrong an expression - esp when it is used by conquering Europeans - twds First Nations people as the n***** word is when used twds African Americans. So weird and wrong for a city in Sweden to adopt such a unfittingly terrible name with such horrific history when there are so many better and more suitable local ones. Even The Göteborg Volvos would´ve been a better name, only now Volvo has been bought up by the Chinese...

I wouldn't say for "no apparent reason". It's the Jewish New Years and most teachers in NYC are Jewish (maybe not most, but a pretty fair amount), so it would be ridiculous not to give us Jews off from work/school.
