Desharnais is terrible tonight. No offense. Center is too much responsibility for him...his line got eaten alive tonite.

DD, AK and Gallagher are getting manhandled this game, TB taking them to school.

Habs have to stay out of the box this year, can't afford all of the penalties again.

Easy to see why the score is what it is.
I think.. I think I'm agreeing with you for once
You can see that they cycle the puck better... and ofcourse they have Stamkos and MSL.

I feel bad for those who have to attend a pre-season game where the Habs arent scoring.
Takes a whole lot of nerve to have charged full price to the fans who were there during this preseason.

Pretty much. Barely noticed him tonight.

Hope a crappy game with AK and DD doesn't get Gallagher cut.

He's hardly gotten ice time (atleast I think so)

I was pretty confident he'd stay atleast for a 9 game stint, but I'm thinking he's getting cut after this game is over.

Wanna bet? Gallagher was doing great in the 1st. Strangely, he was put on another line. He might not be cut right after the game....but it is coming.

The only line that has struggled has been the Desharnais line. Aside from that, the game has been pretty even. Montreal had plenty of chances that didn't go in. 2 posts, 2 empty nets.

Score is changing people's perceptions of the game. Tampa ate Desharnais up and capitalized on their chances. Montreal missed all theirs.

Tampa Bay had the puck for about 4 minutes..

They were going to score on that one.

Easiest goal Connolly will ever score.

Interesting bit tho tho.

The MSL and Stamkos line scored three times against the DD line, which means JM sent them out there in that matchup, which normally wouldn't happen with both Pleky and Gomez (but, really, Pleky) available.

Methinks that was a test. Methinks that in the regular season, that matchup doesn't happen.

Awards:
Pyatt scores.

EDIT: Good thing there is no video replay in pre-season, puck clearly hit the net behind Budaj.

Game has been pretty even? We've barely been on the offensive side of the ice. (To be fair, I only watched the 2nd and the 3rd).
