He's lucky if he pronounces his own name correctly.

Yes, it is a bit slower, for good and worse.

But anyway this game shows why European players are better at certain things in general and worse at others. You really do not have to be as physical on big ice, but you need to be a good skater.

That organ sounded an awful lot like Ray Castoldi as well, I think he made the last trip to europe with them. Wouldn't surprise me if he's there and brought the goal song with him.

Someone needs to make a Space Jam sequel with hockey players.

Yes it is awful and so is the commercials on the jerseys, but something got to give, the tickets in SEL are about +40$.

Kind of reversed as what one would usually think, Europe being big on having commercials everywhere, and America keeping ice and jerseys clean of the signs of the market.

Yeah definitely. Pros and cons. I think this is what Erixon needs to get used to. Not only is the rink smaller in North America so you've got less time, but you're also facing the best talent in the world which makes it that much more difficult. It's completely reactionary. You don't have the time to think.

I just love the speed at which the NHL game is played. It's hard for that to translate to the bigger ice surface. Just my personal preference.

May have been said earlier (I didn't read the first 7 pages) but I just noticed Hank is wearing an "A." I guess that's allowed in the SEL.

The dude in the box for Frolunda looks like Jeff Skinner's twin.

Ah, but then your second beer gets warm. Guess I'm not cut out to be a Swedish hockey fan.
