What the Kings should do:

Waive/trade Parse.

Waive Drewiske.

Send down King, Muzzin (if possible atm), and Hickey.

Penner - Kopi - Williams

Gagne - Richards - Brown

Clifford - Stoll - Hunter

Richardson - Lewis - Westgarth/Moreau

Mitchell - Doughty

Johnson - Scuds

Greene - A-Mart/Voynov

edit: Oh, just noticed I need one more guy in there. Don't waive Drewiske I guess, but I don't want him playing over Voynov, ever.

Was flipping through the channels, when I saw some Ducks segment on tv. It was Hayward's prediction for the west.

So he thinks the Ducks will end up in 4th place and the Kings to end up in 7th place.

Its one thing to be a homer but that guy is ridicules , to the point of his voice being offensive to my ears and it makes it almost impossible to watch their broadcasts any time

Just got home. Funny thing happened after the game (well funny to me). I was waiting for the wife near the restrooms and this little old lady, 70 years old 4'6", comes up to me. She sees my Kings gear and says,"How do you like rooting for team fatty? Does Penner still weigh 265? I see you guys signed that fatty Doughty as well." At this point I'm thinking, wife get out here please. She then goes on to say she was a Kings season ticket holder in 67 but she got tired of players leaving the team to win a cup. besides Anaheim is closer to her house. I say something non committal and look for the wife. She then goes on about how management has run the Kings into the ground. Finally the wife come out and we escape through the side doors.

Richards not only missed the empty net, but he missed by what looked to be like 15 feet. He somehow ended up putting it off the glass, I don't know if he hit the post but it didn't look like he got anywhere close to scoring.

The Selanne goal was absolutely perfect. Nothing JB could do. Besides that JB made everything look pretty easy.

Kopitar again looked impressive, almost had a very pretty goal from behind the net where he walked out and almost went around the Ducks goalie(I cannot remember if it was Hiller or Ellis at that time) and just missed it.

Parse.... Where?

The Honda Center has San Manuel advertising all over their seats. Every cup holder has a SM sticker and almost every row has one too. Besides that it looks like the Honda Center has a lot better food selections than Staples.

You can see the goals and a few saves here. It's mashed in between interviews with some Ducks.

Wow. Both of those goals were awesome. I love Richards driving to the net down the middle. What a solid play by him. Then Mitchell's goal was a thing of beauty, looked like Doughty right there, man did he drill it... Very strong performance.

You have to believe at this point, Parse doesn't have a chance. He has done NOTHING.
