Hey, what happened to Campoli? The tsn replay showed it was a head shot. We can expect Shannahan to be all over that one with a couple games suspension at least.

Groin injuries happen when you over-extend or pull one of the inner thigh muscles that lead right up to the groin. The sharpness wears off after a couple of days or so, but the damn area remains sensitive for awhile, sometimes a few weeks before you can become active without re-injuring it.

Is it possible to see the list of injured players and injuries like we had last year? I thought I saw it couple of days ago, but I can't find it anymore...

Moen has already been out for a while. Campoli would be day to day til we figure out how he's doing. Gorges the Giant would be just nursing a busted forehead, but he's a champ; he'll be back.

Weird they wrote today's date for Moen and Campoli. Oh well, we'll wait and see Habsolument90. Hopefully, Moen, Eller and Campoli will all be ready for the first game against Toronto.

Moen was slated to be ready for opening night. Eller is very unlikely. He's yet to be cleared for contact and you usually need a week or so to make sure you're ready for big hits and the rigours of a reg season game.

White's injury is the most ambiguous one of all. The guy shows up for the golf tourney and I don't know if he played or not, but ever since, they kept saying he's injured and won't even make it to Toronto...

Am I the only one who thinks he got his busted forehead from Malone stick? Look at about the 1:01 mark, looks like he gets stick up high when they confront each other.

edit: Actually I don't think so anymore

I'm pretty sure they just forgot to update it to the flu from the injury Pacioretty had last year. Pacioretty breaking his vertebrae (again) would probably be kinda big news, instead of something TSN quietly slipped into their injuries page.

So TSN is the only media who knows about MaxPac injury (?).

I think it's a gross error.

Well considering it says Pacioretty's condition was updated on September 30th and he played last night, I guess he doesn't need that vertebra.

I'm going under the logical assumption, based on the fact that he didn't return to the game and got his bell rung in a big way last night. As soon as I hear otherwise, I'll update it.
