Lol at Marty saying that he hasn't really even spoken to Larsson (assuming this is fairly recent)

I just realized Larsson wasn't even born yet when Marty made his NHL debut.

That's got to make him feel old. Kind of like Recchi and Seguin last year.

And they better be doing the same when they retire his number. Give him an entire hour for his jersey retirement for all I care. Its gonna be emotional dammit

If you`re 23 and you`re a role model for 15-16yo kids, even that makes you feel old. lol

I hope this isn`t his last season.

It was tough with Doc/Dano and sad with Stevens, but this is going to be insane.

I will be really emotional the day Marty retires definately the best goaltender of all-time in my books.

When I started playing goalie at the age of 5-6 Marty was definately one of the reasons I stayed a goaltender everytime I stepped on the ice and played I wanted to be like Martin Brodeur and thats something that will never change.

it's crazy i remember ten years ago when the devils lost to the avs in the finals and marty was almost 30. i was worried he might start losing a step from them on, i was completely wrong. can't believe he is still playing and competing at the level he is. i really hope he stays for at least one more year after this one. i will definitely be there when they retire his number.

Brodeur retirement night has potential to be the hardest ticket to get in the history of this team. There is almost nothing that could stop me from attending that game.
