Am i the only one that is raging over the line changes??? The lag when you're doing on the fly line changes is okay, i can deal with that, but sometimes the little menu stays on the screen forever, the only way i found of getting rid of it is cycling all the way back to the line i want on the ice.

Also if i accidentally hit L3 it ajdusts my breakout settings...

this is really frustrating me

Just me or is NHL 12 rough on the giveaway/takeaway numbers. In every year I had better takeaway numbers than giveaway but seems now because I actually stick check a guy 3 times, make him lose control of the puck, but never actually am able to acquire the puck my takeaway is brutal. It's not a bad thing per say as now offensive players can't be takeaway beasts, which is realistic unless you're a premier two-way guy, but just asking, is it only me? I try to be all over the ice and forecheck well, but compared to NHL 11, the stats don't show.

Rarely do you get back the puck when you stick check the opponent. Seems like their stick is faster to the puck than yours.

---

Btw, I'm having a great time playing with a grinder. With all my boosts unlocked, my RW grinder has amazing pass/puck control/defensive awareness/body checking. He's the ultimate piss off, amazing on the forecheck and playing defensively. Obviously offensively it's weak (still on Superstar 2 card), gonna boost my wrist shot stats next.

Oh and the A+'s are given more freely to grinder . (if you're having trouble working to your Legend card, give it a boost)

New tuner update (found while reading VHL forum)

•Diving on the ice is slower
•Poke check up a bit - (not too much but a little)
•Hip check is fixed - (not human bomb anymore)
•Interference calls have been toned down - (thank god)
•Goalies are smarter and play better - (Computer Goalies)

New tuner out:

From EA forums (apparently):

speed WAAAAYYY up. to much
poke check up
body check up
puck control down
goalie saves up

But people are saying that the 2 d-man cross crease from NHL 10 is back?

Time to see!

Still on my veteran 2 card...

Still a long way to go to get Legend... Pretty gay to see all those peeps flying all over the ice with their Legends and you can't keep up.

This is pathetic. Even as a D, I thought the game was ok the way it was (minus the hipchecks). I'll be on later tonight to test it out.

Why, if the checks are up and puck control is down? I'm more mad because I always play PWF and yet snipers are now going to be able to hit even harder...

Oh well, I suppose my big hits will now be even bigger, I just don't want NHL 11 hitting back. Ugh, it was the worst.
