I drove through Elmont for work 20 years ago and ten years ago I went through and saw it was rough and nowadays I wonder how bad Nassau will get.

But then I see the money will return as it has in Brooklyn and Manhattan......so Elmont could be quite a bit nicer in time due to FP, SM and GC being right there (no one is leaving those nice areas), but a casino bringing the area down could be the nail in the coffin for Elmont. Floral Park taxes will go up quite a bit (resembling Garden City) to have a police force boosted.

corrupt politicians have screwed things up for 25 years so what makes you think things will be different in nassau for the next 25+?

Why do you prefer Bethpage credit union as a sponsor instead of Citibank or JPMorganChase?

Why do you expect a NYI owner to spend to win when they don't get enough revenue to be iin the top 20 teams in nassau? Mets are top 5 in MLB revenue in Queens..

Explain to me how NYI in nassau will be the 3rd highest worth value franchise in NHL like Mets in Queens MLB are?
