He`ll stick to the team, dont worry, he wont ask for a transfer no matter what. He`s a man of principles, if he meet difficulties this year also, he`ll try to fix them the same way as this summer instead of escaping to another team.

Boyle/Dubi and Cally make that less of a worry. I'd put a d-man on one of the points, though.

Put Cally in front of the net, MZA on the right, Gabby on the left, BR and a guy like Erixon on the points.

Also i'm a big fan of MZA. Really nice guy, great work ethic, and huge talent.

He really deserves more love than he gets.

I think MZA and Avery were in direct competition for a spot on the team in camp. MZA simply outplayed Avery and won the spot.

He's going to get alot of looks from the wall on the PP.

50 points is attainable.
Why wouldn't we put Gaborik on the RW? Gabbys a left-handed shot and I am much more imtimidated by any shot by Gaborik than a Zuccarello one timer.
The PP should look like Cally, Wolski, Zuc at LW Anisimov or Dubie at Center and Gabby on the RW
Richards-Del Zotto( or they can switch. I couldn't care less)

Zuccarello is certainly a breakout player to have on the Rangers watch list. He and Anisimov look really interesting by their improvements. Who knows where he'll end up in the lineup as the season progresses? Top 6 is not out of the question, despite the murdering competition. PP time is almost a certainty.

I much rather see Zuccarello in the top 6, than Wolski for example.

Couldn't agree more with the bolded, I didn't get a chance to see much of pre-season so wondering whate people think of WW so far?

If Boyle and Zucc put up 20+ goals each and lead us deep into the playoffs does Barb Underhill get her name on the cup???

I don't know if you're able to watch this, but apparantly MZA is crowned the team's clown. A small quote from Brad Richards in there as well.

The reason? Because he loves to tell jokes and the fact that he's not that good at English and is using the wrong words.

Weird, I've met a couple Norwegians and they spoke perfect English, idioms and all. I guess it depends where you're from.

Either way, that guy in the video looks like he's been working hard with the weights and definitely beefed up. I hope it's Zuccer He'll need that extra muscle.

He isnt that bad in english, its what Mats says is the reason they laugh at his jokes, cause the jokes are not that funny

But he is a fun guy, always smiling(exept when he looses) and for those reasons he is very likeable. I for one cant wait to see him on 24/7. if his season goes as i hope and believe, and he gets featured on hbo 24/7 im quite sure the NYR will have a new fan favorit. As he has been on every team and in every league he has played in.

My head would explode if he did that. It's not beyond possibility, but I'd settle for as little as 40 pts plus a solid 2 way performance.

Thanks for the info.... I am also looking forward to the HBO production (24/7)... I hear that Anisimov is supposedly a funny guy... Hope to see him on camera.

It's a Norwegian - Sicilian magic combo. They've tried it with bees too. Stings like hell.
Norwegian Airline is flying charter to Palermo now, so in twenty years they will be all over the place.

I still have my reservations about Zucc. He's more or less a playmaker and unless his linemates can bury the puck, how effective can he be? He was very noticeable last year but still got sent down cause he wasn't producing.

It was more than just production. He actually produced very well for a rookie. The problem was that he wasn't strong enough to compete along the boards and he wasn't good away from the puck. He looks to have improved in both areas, which will only help his production.
