In before the lock. Wut wut?
Apparently Boston's season opener SC celebration is a bit over the top and taking too long, heh.

40 minutes is only too long if you're a human being or breath air.

i dislike both teams and my center ice is messed up, so i am stuck with this one. personally, i think the flyers could be god awful this season. it may go the other way, but there is real potential for disaster in philadelphia

Sean Couturier looks like he's ice skating on a blacktop. His foot speed is atrocious.

If the Flyers are down, unfortunately I don't think they'll be down for long. They've restocked very well.

I live in Philly. Matt Read did look good in the pre-season, but all this Read for Calder hype is completely unfounded. He's a bottom six energy guy at the NHL level.
And that powerplay is going to be nasty for Philadelphia. What a ridiculous play by Claude Giroux.

I agree that it could really go either way, just hope it's more towards disaster. I think the management has been bad, but until this point the players have made up for it.

Steckel clearly ran his face into that guy's stick. Suspension?

Marchand and Seguin are looking like the best Bruins. That thought scares me.

Wow Steckel has been nothing short of amazing for them. Great trade Burke. I guess he knew what he was scouting those 18 months

Yes, because their one game sample size surely out weighs the 291 games we had to endure with him.
