Hard to pick anyone but St.Louis for MVP, lol. Going with Downie for regressed, but it really depends on where he fits in and if he can keep his head on straight and play like he did the playoffs

why is everyone picking Ohlund and Kubina for biggest regression? You need to have a high point first then fall to a low point.. These two are at low points, so unless they both enter in a deep abyss of total suck, they will be far from most regression.
That being said, I would say someone like Purcell. For some reason I just have a feeling about this one.
I can make predictions about other teams left and right, but I get nervous when doing it about my own. I think we're good, maybe the best team in the SE and one of the best in the East, but I don't want to put my foot in my mouth.
Also, as much as I would love a Stanley Cup win, all I can really hope/expect is at the end of the season, everything the Lightning had was left out on the ice. I think that's the difference between say the Caps or the Canucks seasons last year and the Bolts or even to an extent the Sharks and Preds. With each of the last three teams, at the end of the day you felt they played as hard and as well as they could and kind of just fell short, but with the others, you don't. That may have something to do with the expectations of the franchise, but if it is... I don't want to put my guys through that.
Final Standings Fifth. Playoffs Second Round. Most Points Martin St. Louis Most Goals Steven Stamkos MVP Vincent Lecavalier Most Improved Ryan Shannon Most Regressed Dominic Moore

Well, if anybody else on the team is progressing or at least not regressing that means even a small regress by Ohlund and/or Kubina makes them the most regressed players.
