WGR Ducks' Lydman didn't want to leave Buffalo

Am I the only one who doesn't miss him? I miss TAllinder a lot more. I don't miss his random penalties and people skating around him for a break on Miller. I could care less what he did with the Ducks last season.... I'm glad he isn't here.

I think we are better off without Lydman. Although he had very good season with Ducks he had big boost to his stats playing with imo best offensive line in NHL last year & Visnovsky.

You're not the only one who thinks that - I've seen people hint as much. But I do think that Leo's defensive deficiencies are grossly overstated and not nearly as bad/prominent/existent as some make it out to be. He led the team in TOI last year for a reason...

Looking back theres only one guy who I'm happy Golisano cheaped out on and that's Campbell...maybe Drury considering his health as of late.
