I want our top 6 to feast on the Ducks defense.

Though I said the same thing last year and we got embarrassed.

I think Torts needs to trust his other defensive pairings a bit more...I know he wants to ride his top guys but while the 3rd pairing isn't ideal, they can handle more than 12 minutes.

Are the Rangers the home team tomorrow or Away?

We're the away team.

Wait...are we really not playing another game for a week?

Wow that sounds oh so familiar. Typical play back to back games, more then every NHL team, then next week have the least amount of game played.

Normal schedule would be great someday....someday.

I want Dubinsky still with Richards - Gaborik.

That line is MUCH better with Dubinsky than Wolski.

Sabres beat the Ducks 4-1 so I hope we can show them a similar fate.

It'll be a success, win or lose, if they don't take any stupid penalties!

You don't want a week back to settle down the jet lag?

If we can get McDonagh and Girardi out there against the Ducks' top line on just about every shift, we have a really good chance to win this one easily.

Assuming no one takes any stupid penalties.....

I'm sorry, but this is stupid. I can't stand when people are so casually disrespectful of professional athletes on the fringes.

A week off in a sport like hockey is never a good thing. You need to find a balance.

Back to back games, then a week off is absolutely never a good thing.

They need to be more disciplined and come out on fire. They were so flat until the Callahan goal. They deserved to be down by 3, not 1-1

Are NHL refs officiating this game? Oh, then we probably won't win.

If there was ever a time for a week off, now's it. I have no problem with the team resting considering they're just finishing up back to back games and a ridiculous preseason schedule on the other side of the planet.

Get a point out of this game and I'll consider this trip a success. 2 is a bonus. LGR!

If I'm Torts, i don't touch the top two lines. They looked good together, and Feds did nothing to warrant him losing his spot on the 2LW.

I agree with moving Rupp to center, where he is better. Get Boyle on the wing with Steps and Zucc. That way, the Stepan line looks way better defensively and Boyle kan do the faceoffs. Gives you

1 Dubi - Richie - Gabby
2 Feds - Ani - Cally
3A BB - Steps - Zucc
3B Wolski - Rupp- Prust

FYI it's Andrew Gordon not Boyd.

Ducks miss Lydman for sure. Also always start the season sloppy so RPG might be quiet. Good luck.

A spade is a spade. They still get a paycheck and watch the game in a comfy box. I'll take that over missing the game because of work, and kids on the Internet can make fun of me all day.

Replace the "get blown out", with "we score four goals", and I'm happy! Real Life, and Fantasy wise

I'm a Euro too and I don't get it... Maybe they sold 20 more jerseys... who knows... They should be more concerned that 80+% of Europe can't watch NHL games on TV if they wanted to, even for extra money... Appalling.
