the nhl is in popularity growth worldwide due to how boring football, baseball etc is. Playing in europe helps advertise the best league.

I hope del zotto plays the same as yesterday. Anyone got a stream link for the game?

Keep checking here. There isn't one listed yet, but I'd expect there will be closer to game time.

But (!): Give the rights for NHL-Games some crappy pay-tv bosses which don´t send in Germany and other countries in the EU doesn´t make that look good as wanted! ESPNAmerica lost the rights untill 2015/16... Even sky and T-Com Entertainment don´t have it.

Nice move by Bettman...

Good luck tonight fellas, I'm expecting an easy Rangers win as we are crap in October. Hopefully a good clean game.

Not sure who will be starting for the Ducks, could well be Ellis

Negotiations between Medge/AMI and ESPN America are on-going. It's probably the case with other networks in Europe.

I understand that the big money, NHL can get through TV and advertising can happen if the interest is increasing in Europe, but there must be a better way to promote NHL?

First, they must ensure that international hockey federation gets the same size on the ice. It may also be that they are afraid of competition now that Russia invested much money in KHL.

I hope Torts does something with 3 line today.

People in Europe should use www.hockeystreams.com no restrictions. $18 a month or less for longer periods, streaming in HD.
All games live or later when you have time, sure is a good deal.

Our top line should have some serious space to do some damage. It's time to showcase Richards' sick passing abilities.

If I were a guy like Wade Redden, I'd be posting trash about myself on HF while smoking a $10,000 cigar and drinking wine made from diamonds.

I think this will give us the most balanced line-up:

Dubinsky-Richards-Gaborik
Fedotenko-Anisimov-Callahan
Boyle-Stepan-Zuccarello
Prust-Christensen-Rupp

Hopefully the reason W2 was so bad yesterday is because of the injury. groin injuries can be pretty miserable, and while I've never played hockey I can imagine its just as bad if not worse than playing Football with one.
