Then the Canadiens give up, dissolve the team, close down the Bell Centre. I think the rules call for a dispersal draft in these circumstances.

It sucks watching all of these teams play their home openers and we have to wait until Thursday.

With injuries and illnesses, don't expect an announcement on line-ups until tomorrow.

With Montreal performing badly in TO and then having to face the Jets on their home opener, it is really the job of the Martin to ensure his players are focused and to come up with a solid game plan to counter the extra lift and energy that the Jets players are going to be have from the crowd. This type of game is when a visiting coach needs to shine.

Well, I did not say Jacques... maybe I am expecting Paul Martin to resole his shoes and give an inspirational speech to the team. But being a good politican... he would probably go to Winnipeg's dressing room on this day.

Id say this was a pretty spot on post.
