...nuts. Just, nuts.

Suddenly Martin's habit of dressing 7 D-men seems positively prescient.

Who were the posters here that didn't like the Campoli signing?

We need to sign another experienced D ASAP. Meanwhile, let's see what Emelin, Diaz and Enqviest can accomplish while filing in.

Spacek. He hasn't played since the hit by Kane. Hope you're happy

There were those of us that saw this coming. Unfortunately our gm wasn't one of them

You predicted Cammalleri would get cut by a skate and Spacek would get hit hard by Evander Kane? Not bad.

Yes, it is a shame the players on this team don't have skin made of tree bark.

Kevin bieksa wishing cammi the best. He had a similar injury twice in his career.

TSN is saying two weeks for Cammalleri. Lacceration. So not serious.

With only two games next week, this is better than 3-4 months.

RDS confirms the same thing. Could have been much worse!

When will this bad joke end? I'm not superstitious but it is starting to look like a curse.

Tony Manarino says Cammalerri has a lacerated calf and is out for 2 weeks. He also said Cammy stopped wearing cut resistant socks this year -__-

You can see he was cut over the knee. Those cut resistant socks don't go that high up.

I haven't heard any update on Ryan White, aside from the usual day-to-day. Really hope he gets back in the lineup soon.

You mean the GM that made sure Montreal had 9-10 defensemen that can take a regular shift and 5 top six wingers? That GM wasn't prepared for injuries?

I understand the friggin' frustration of a groin injury -- not that I'm comparing myself to an NHL player. It hurts like hell for a couple of days, begins to feel better soon after, but as soon as you stride or push a little it bunches up again.

Bad groin injuries take weeks or a month-plus until sufficiently healed. Based on nothing but my educated guess, I'd say White should be back in a couple of weeks.

Bruins fan coming in peace. Really hope Cammalleri is ok. That looked nasty. Reminds me of Seidenberg 2 years ago.

The thread title should include SPACEK...for those who don't know! (upper body injury...not too serious?).

How did Spacek get injured? I missed that part. Thanks.

How about trying Engqvist as DMAN?!! (when White gets back).
To clear the crease and help in corners with his size!

Dmen:
Gill - Subban
Gorges-Diaz
Emelin - Engqvist?!
Weber as forward/dman
