Polak & Lessard up...

...Oliver down

from dallasstars.com:
Quote:
Dallas Stars General Manager Doug Armstrong announced today that the club has recalled right wing Junior Lessard and left wing Vojtech Polak from the Iowa Stars, the Stars' primary development affiliate in the American Hockey League (AHL). The team also announced that they have assigned right wing David Oliver to Iowa.
i don't think they're in Dallas for sitting in the press box, so maybe Zubov is out for Saturday's game and Svoboda'll sit ?

Haven't heard on Zubie yet, but I really like Polak. He was pretty good in pre-season.

Yes, I would like to see if Polak can help jump start the power play.

I'm actually glad Lessard was sent back down. Right now in Dallas he would only be playing on the fourth line, but in Iowa he can get some key minutes. Polak appears to be a guy who can do some damage on the NHL level. We'll see ...
