I'd really like to. My sister may have ****ed it up and now we may have to take the LIRR instead of driving, but I'm hoping it doesn't come to that.

Can't wait until next Saturday. # of us are sitting in Section 116 Row B!!!! I've never actually held the tickets to seats against the glass before. Can't wait to humiliate those Islanders in their home. Let's Go Rangers!!! and YES I will be wearing my Avery Rangers jersey. Making sure Torts knows he should put his prejudgements aside and realize he has a dedicate Blue in Avery.

Are you going to watch the Rangers play or are you going to walk around the arena?

Hey guys,

See some tickets are still available from StubHub and I'm looking to go to this game but don't want to spend to much..it will most likely be in the 300's unless I find seats in the 200's under $75 per ticket.

Any suggestions on sections/rows to stay away from? I hear the place is a dump but not a bad spot to watch a hockey game

Thanks for the help and go Rangers!

I've only been there once but I would say stay away from the glass seats but you're not aiming for those. They're really low and you can't see much when sitting. Also, part of the scoreboard is blocked if you sit at the top of the 300's. I would avoid rows O-T (O is to be safe, may be able to see it from there.) If you wanna make sure, just scroll through the Nassau Coliseum thread on the Isles board. Other than that, all the seats are fine there.

Gonna be beautiful out. Wish it was a little colder to get that hockey feel though lol

I'm getting out there early. Don't know what time though. Was gonna tailgate originally but looks like I may be taking the LIRR out there and just doing autographs.

Regardless I'm pumped for the game. Gets me into hockey mode before the real home opener on the 27th.

I live off of Ruland road, which as you probably know is right off Hawkins.

Anyway, going to this game. Section 226X where we shoot twice, I'll be there with my good friend.

Is this pretty much an "unofficial" Rangers home opener?

You should be demonstrating on Wall Street. Just because some people haven't realized what it's all about, some people actually do.

avoid the upper corners of the 300's (last 3 rows or so). If you are between the goal lines, in the 300's, you will be fine. If you are in row T you may not be able to see the clock. If you are in S or T you won't be able to see the ice when you stand. P, R, and lower and you are fine.
