There is a lot of teams in the swedish j-18 league, so if the player is National team calibre (u-17) in Denmark I am sure he would find a team.

Currently there is 6 danish forwards born 1995 in the swedish j-18 league. Four on pretty good teams (Frölunda, Hv71 and Malmö). You could perhaps compare with those kids?

yea

yes ofcourse your right, but can you mention some of the "weak" "Middle" teams in J18 elite?
top Teams like Djurgården,Frölunda, AIK,HV71 and so on, they will be too hardt for him to make it. Need some feedback on junior hockey in Sweden J18 elite

I'm not an expert on Swedish Jr. hockey by any means, but regardless of what I'd know, this question seems impossible to answer.

What are this kid's goals, or purpose for playing hockey?

Is he trying to make a living out of playing hockey at one point in his life, or is he just a happy camper, enjoying to play the game for the moment? Perhaps hockey is a vehicle to travel and get an education (college)? Nothing wrong with any scenario but obviously the path he'd need to attempt to reach his goal would be different.

If he is just trying to develop it seems as if the program is less important than the coaches. A smaller program might offer more individual attention and perhaps a chance to dominate, whereas a bigger program will challenge him more and possibly not offer a lot of help if he gets stuck. What kind of learner is this kid, and how does he handle being on his own?

Anyway, if you want a better answer from these guys, I think you need to be a bit more specific in your question. JMHO.

Good luck.

hey

nice long answer hehe,

About being on his own, hes good to handle things on his own, and he will sure adapt his new team, school and a new environment. I don´t have any idea wich teams who want players on a gymnasium, or if there is any J18 teams who allow there players only to play hockey?.

The goals are for this kid to play and get paid.
He also has that goal to make a big development as a hockey player
but which teams are open for a rather unknown Dane to play? how should he make the jump from Danish to swedish hockey?

thanks
