Kings didn't give up many quality scoring chances that period, but they also didn't do much outside of a few good shifts. They need Penner and Brown to wake up. Mike Richards has fed them the puck a few times and they haven't able to do much with it.

We look like world beaters, and then, with the smallest hiccup in our plans for conquest, we're back on the ropes and running around like babes in the woods. That bothers me.

Kings have played a horrible first three games. They look lost out there, not sure why. Maybe too many changes this off season. Could take a while to gel.

I'd like to see Lewis centering Clifford and Richardson. I could see some energy on that line.

Moreau has actually been somewhat decent thus far, Hunter and Stoll have done nothing all season except turn the puck over and take stupid penalties.

I honestly didn't mean to add Doughty. As I was typing it he made a play and Bob mentioned his name and I added him for some reason

agreed, I'd like to see that line aswell. Won't happen though because that should be a 3rd line, but Murray will no way play it more than Stolls line

You mean the one penalty between them?

Yeah I was wondering how big of an issue chemistry would be. I think TM should stick the Penner-Kopi-Willy line together so Gags and Richards can stay together.

There are too many new elements on the team. It's gonna take some time.

It's Penner's first game, so I'm not gonna say anything.

is there a reason why Murray has sent out the 2nd line to start every period of every game so far?

Yeah and it was a dumb penalty.

And Hunter turned the puck over in his first game, leading to a goal.

BTW, is Jarret still fine as a second line center like you tried to argue for 3 years?
