Should Jackman be out for an extended period of time, and that in addition to Mac's injury, don't you think the Blues almost have to do something ,if they can?

The Blues should be getting Walker, Salvador, and Khavanov back soon. Also, Backman has play well and deserves to stay with the Blues. I think the Blues will be fine sticking with what they have unless the injuries continue or Jackman is out for the season.

No deals right now. There's 76 games left before the playoffs start. Let's see how things work out.

I'm guessing if we lose another defenseman before one of Salvador, Walker, Khavanov or Jackman gets back we'll call up either Branhan or Pollock. 210, who's now playing defense at Worcester?

If we end up just needing a PP guy Berard is out there and would only cost us money not players.

Just got home from the game (full "report" will be up after I see tomorrow's game)...Pollock could be used if needed but not for long stretches...

Yabloski is in Peoria. He had an assist against the Toledo Storm last Sunday.

McLaren and Trevor Gilles went at it...I give the edge to Gilles on that one (although they went at it right off a faceoff in the IceCats' zone that Springfield won cleanly...if you count being smart enough to get the other team's goon to fight you in your zone off a faceoff you could call it dead even).

Branham was drafted in 2000 (I think) by the Canucks. They were unable to sign him and he spent last season w/ the now defunct St. Johns team.

The Blues released him early on in the 'Cats training camp. I have no idea of where he is now (I have been looking).

I thought he looked good, not sure why he was let go, especially now w/ all the injuries to the D. At least Glumac is working out.

If it's Tim Branham, I just saw a story on the HF front page that says he's with the Texas team in the ECHL.
