Agreed. I was very very impressed with him in the first 2 periods. The Sens seemed to take runs at him the most on the Avs.

Why be panicked for something completely expected?

I seriously want the Sens to get yakupov more than almost any other team. Would be a good building piece. Good luck with the rest of the season.

I always thought this season was going to be long, but I think today's game was a nice dose of reality. Either way, I hope we don't spend the season ripping on every single one of our players because of it. But I guess that would be asking for too much, every team needs a scapegoat & from the reactions after 4 games - we've got a ton of players to go around.

We're gonna see more of these types of games. And that is expected.

I feel like we would get more out of drafting Murray than we would out of drafting Yakupov.

Thus far in the season it doesn't seem like it's our offence that needs a boost. Not to mention we already have Silfverberg, Stone, Prince, Noesen, Puempel, Pageau, Kramer, Hoffman and Filatov waiting in the wings.

If we got 1st overall I wouldn't mind flipping it for the right package. But then again if Nail comes as advertised it would be really hard to not take him. Hard to say.

I don't see why people are complaining. This is what happens with teams that are rebuilding. At least nobody is blaming Anderson, yet.

again, anderson isnt the reason we lost, but i'm not thrilled with his performance again. he made some nice saves, but he also let a few in that were only so-so.

It would be nice to have a team in front of him show up before passing judgement on this player.

Well, if Anderson had played like this at the end of last year, we'd have RNH or Landeskog on our team right now.

Not surprised by a couple games like this. It's a process.

Haha, this Nicholas Cage thing is crazy.

I don't have anything against Zibanejad,in fact I actually believe he will end up a very good top 6 player but just imagine Neil playing every game like he did against Minnesota. That would have been the feeling of having Landeskog on this team

I think it shows again that we shouldn't overreact after a good run at the end of the year when there is no pressure. We did that when we gave Kuba an extension after playing very well prior to the deadline a couple of years ago, we did it with Anderson giving him too many years

It's all about Maclean's response now. Did he lose his **** in the dressing room? Does he give simple instruction where it'll be most effective? Does he bag-skate the team today?

He talked to Alfredsson on the bench after the loss. I wonder what he told him?
