A "wise" man once told me that the ultimate revenge to take on someone, would be to burn down their house when they aren't home ... and then, when they are living in a cardboard box, to come by and burn down their cardboard box when they aren't home.

Needless to say, this person has done jail time in their life ...

Ha!

That reminds me of the George Bush/pallet jack incident that was shown on David Letterman. I can't find the video, but there is a guy making a speech with GWB in the background, continuously trying to get on an electric pallet jack. After being pulled off by his aides numerous times, they finally give in, only to see him crash into a stack of pallets and nearly kill himself

Did the skydiving thing this morning.

Quite possibly one of the most exhilarating experiences of my life. Would recommend.

I was thinking about getting it this year, I used to get Center Ice, but last year Dish Network and Fox had their little spat, so there were no HD games. Now I'm boycotting them both, so Gamecenter is the most logical next step.

Plus, being on the left coast, Jackets games start at 4pm on many nights, so with Gamecenter, I would be able to watch them at work. I love my job.

My only concern is with the quality; is it very good? They claim it's HD quality - which isn't a major concern, but I at least want to be able to watch the games smoothly and see everyone's number on their back.

GCL live is sharper for me this year than CI in HD.

The quality of my video when it goes with the best for my connection isn't the greatest. But when I choose the highest quality video, the quality is definitely HD. I'd say it's definitely worth it.

Then after games are over, you can go back and watch the entire thing over again. I don't know how long after the game ends you have to watch it but you can.

Sweet, thanks for the info. I might check it out, if the team starts to turn around. Call me fair weathered, I don't care - my $160 dollars is more important than wanting to chuck my laptop because the team doesn't even show up.

Changed User Name

One thing to add:

I changed my user name. There's some other guy from the Spokane area with a blog called "GoChiefsGo Blog", and I don't want people confusing me (a prospect scout) with him (a homer); so I changed my name

Did you notice how QUIET it is up there? That's what struck me most.

Until they find out you're a Jackets fan and realize you were just cliff diving rather than skydiving

Also, MT: Always loved that image, though I think it would be more accurate if all of the labels were shuffled and placed on random locations.
