So, where is the delay of game penalty on Streit when he just stands there and refuses to touch the puck for the icing? If they are going to call ridiculous stuff and invent penalties, call it both ways.

I've seen refs blow it when a guy just stands over the puck instead of touching it during a delayed penalty, was waiting for them to blow it there. I'd love to see the media call out the officiating instead of pretending like it isn't an issue.
