It's too easy to, A) get to our crease B) Stay in the crease and C) run Price.

We've gotta claim our territory in front of Price and let people know, at all costs, you do not touch him. Price had to take matters into his own hands and will have to again.
Yep, I agree, but when you have the D corps that the Habs do, coupled with an absolute crap penalty kill, there ain't much you can do.

Curious to see how Price bounces back after this stinker.

Good news:

- Diaz is gaining confidence and playing stronger and smarter.

- Pacioretty is finding the groove we all hoped he'd have.

- Webber is more valuable than expected.

Bad news:

- Emelin still playing like a rookie -- with occasional flashes of quality.

- Defense as a whole is shaky and lacks chemistry with each other. Veteran presence badly needed.

Should be showing up anytime now...:

- Price

- Cole

True of last season, but how do you know these teams won't make the playoffs this time around?

I think it's more the quality of competition that's a bit much, not ice time. If the Habs could afford to give Gill-Subban a shift against weaker opposition every once in a while, it might help.

I said pressure, not time or shift.

PK is trying to do too much, hence him trying to deke Stastny as the last man back.

Having Markov back will not only give him a model to look up to, and opponents won't be able to always put their best players against him as Markov (if healthy) should be the opponent's #1 priority.

Reimer's just lucky the puck didn't bounce in off him, the shot was going nowhere near the net. Cherry's just using it as fodder to hype the Leafs new goalie. Anyone with at least one eye can see that.

On the positive side:

We at least got 1 point
Pacioretty is a beast
Emelin was good and is starting to be more physical
Eller is gonna be a beast
We didn't look soft tonight

I thought Emelin looked great tonight to be honest. Cole should be showing up soon?..He looked like a giant out there tonight. Just because he didn't score does not mean he didn't show up. He was all over the place tonight and looked solid

There are a couple of offensive things we can build on but we need to work on the PK and also in front of our own net.

Maybe so.
But at the end of the day, he made the save.
Wish Carey would have made one of those for us.
If he had, we would have 2 points.

Time to ditch those ***** ass pink pads

Loved Price on post game interviews. He admitted it wasn't his best game but stayed pretty positive. He's gonna bounce back next game!

So Cole didn't have a great game? What game were you watching? He put in a complete effort, made some great moves with the puck, hit everything in sight...just didn't score. That doesn't make him invisible.

AK DD MP line could become great if it stays together for a half dozen games -- will it?

Guys, cut out the ****ing personal attacks. I'm not in the mood.

If you don't care for a poster. Put him on ignore. Not hard.

Yep, there are probably quite a few of players who look at the option of playing in Montreal and are scared away by the phychotic fanbase. I know, I know, I shouldn't generalize... There are SOME reasonable fans...

Reimer was just lucky that Bourque didn't shoot the puck in the wide open net. He looked pathetic on that save honestly. Bourque shot it right at him with an open net
