Thats what I cant stand about Trotz... He took him off that line after 1 game. A game that no one played good in except for Wilson imo.

I thought our defense was supposed to be a strong point? Blum has not looked good in a few games. Weber takes terrible penalties. Our 3rd pair is working out growing pains.. Even our forwards look lost in the defensive zone.

It's hard to guage the Devils offense honestly. We just can't finish our chances for whatever reason. Rinne is a beast in net, so that might have something to do with it. But yea, I wish you guys well.

Dissapointing loss even though we got one point. When the Devils figured out we only have one line they shut us down and the one line that was scoring Trotz moved it around and made that line slow down. O'Reilly and Hornqvist are invisible. O'Reilly fanned on sure goal. That third period was just awful what happened well onto the road again and we need some offense. Rinne again was outstanding

With all of the issues this team is still 2-1-1. The big thing is to get as many points as possible and work now towards post season seeding. It doesn't need to be pretty, and things aren't right now, but I'd much rather have this start to the season than what Columbus, Winnipeg, Calgary or Ottawa have so far.
