What do you think about the Habs new goal song?

I'm not sure but I believe they use the part starting at around 3:40.

Ha, sorry, didn't see the other thread.

EDIT: Good to see my poll is still there.

Very bad.

You can't even hear it in the background.

Still don't know why they won't bring that song back. Anyway we can start another petition to bring the song back, this new one is even worse than Vertigo.

Someone said awile back that they had to start paying to play it or something, anyone know if that's true?

I'd change the songs for more pumping ones. And the goal horn needs to be changed too for a more intimidating one.

Wouldn't they have to pay something to play any goal song?

The players should get to pick the song, I think it would be a nice touch.

Edit: Ugg just listened to that generic piece of crap from turbonegro.

Not the best but a huge upgrade over Vertigo if you ask me

edit. Agreed with poster above... they had it back in the early 2000

The "woah woah woah" part is kinda fun actually, it's no L'oreille but it's miles ahead of the past two.

After hearing it often last night, it's an okay song. You barely hear it anyway. Better than Vertigo.

Also l'Oreille is overrated in my opinion.

Does anyone know what is the song they use in the player presentation video before the games?

I think the Avs used to used that one back when they first moved to Colorado, or maybe it was somewhere else, not sure, but it was used somewhere for sure and I always enjoyed it:

They should change their intro song too (1:07 mark I believe)

You know, I kinda don't care. It's always drowned out by the amazing crowd. If they turn up the volume though... yea I'd probably not like it.

The crowd would only feed the music and make it sound all better. Chanting is great. It's amazing when the whole bell center chants Ole Ole or heckles opponents by their name.
Chanting a few words of a song would be great.
