To the Florida fans who left after the Panthers' 2nd goal: you're morons.

That is all.

Despite the SOL (I hate SOLs) I had a great time at my first NHL road game.

I agree. Like Marty he is one of the guys on the team where you never have to worry about him playing hard each night. The best we looked all night before we got our act together in the 3rd period was after the fight. He's a valuable piece to our team.

I don't expect MAB to keep going a ppg, but if he keeps putting up the points here and there and keeps playing the way he has defensively I'll be very happy. He's stepped up his game to start the season.

I love that we have a goal or a point by almost everybody, but the top guns need to pick it up a little more. Stammer missed the net a lot last night, and the pp which was one of our strengths last year has not been good so far. On a night where we were missing Shannon and Purcell, and Downie for some time, we need the scorers to do their thing.

The only questions I have after this game are, did anyone watch to see what type of cat was the scariest?

Also, did anyone vote?

The Shaq at the free throw line analogy on the last page was pretty spot on.

From a panther sth glad u Enjoyed. Attending each others arenas is critical to the rivalry ( spent many years at many ranger islander games)

Honestly very few fans left. Arena still jammed in ot and sow.

Hope we meet in playoffs, that's where a real rivalry starts!

Goalie Mathieu Garon, making his second start for the Lightning, was sharp, making 36 saves. But he lamented Goc's shootout goal, which went between his legs after he tried to poke check the puck away from the center.

"I usually don't do that," Garon said. "I don't know why I reacted that way. (Goc) had his head down a little bit. I thought maybe I'd surprise him, but it wasn't the right thing to do."

Late to the party, and I am a Bolts fan.

But I had to LOL at Theodore when he swatted his glove at Stammer like, "get that ish outta here son."

Wish we would have won, but that made me laugh.

Oh for sure.

I mean, he's not anybody stellar. And I hate that it happened to us. I just gotta laugh at something like that. It was more funny than poor sportsmanship or anything. Sometimes there's a fine line.

Really? What do you do for a living? The man is a proven NHL player who has won a couple of nice trophies that are not easy to get.
