Parking

I am going to Saturday's game (taking wife and daughters), and am looking for advice on parking. don't mind a fair walk if it will save some dough. I have parked as far away as Stanley Park on occasion. Any advice?

Thanks

Oh, and please note that this is a 1 p.m. game ... so middle of the day parking.

I'll tell you my trick...

I park in the Tinsel Town parking lot. If you're going to a movie, you get 4 hours of free parking I think it is. The funny thing is, the sign sort of indicates that IF you get a ticket, you send in your movie stub with the ticket and they void it. So I always just park there and I haven't got one yet. If I did ever get one, I suppose I'd go buy a movie pass and send it in, or just ask someone for their movie stub outside the theatre.

Last time I did this was around last January.

heck I could just go to the theater after the game and see if someone has a stub I could have ... however I don't like to be dishonest ... but cheaper to buy a movie ticket than park downtown for 4 hours ....

I park for free at the Home Depot beside the Gilmore skytrain station then take the train to the game.

This. I park at the nearest skytrain station to myself and take that to the arena.

I haven't parked at the Vancouver Public Library for a while, is it still reasonably priced?

I always park at the costco. I think its more expensive but jesus its easy. Especially with saturday being a 1:00 game you might get away with parking for free.

Oh ya. 1pm game. May be able to park for free at Costco. You can park free at Metrotown mall and train down, costs ya about 7.50 in skytrain tickets.
