Torts say "probably same" #NYR lineup tonight as in Vancouver Tuesday; Lundqvist did not take part in optional today, Biron still on ice.

Richards will definitely get booed along with Erixon.

Simply because he didn't take their offer.
I can also see Richards getting booed in Toronto too.

I never said it was immature by Erixon, that was Zenith, however I have no idea how you find that extremely mature. As a Rangers fan we got Erixon at a vulnerable point and I am thrilled about it, but that doesn't change the fact that Tim waited until the last second to **** over Calgary. They could have gotten a much better return even a month earlier for him.

Would you be upset if Kreider decided to hold out on the Rangers and demanded a trade just hours before he re-entered the draft?

Hey Bud, I am a Flames fan so hopefully you do not get the result you want, but I also play roller, in Calgary, I was just wondering is there year round leagues where you are? In Calgary, the season is only April through July. Thanks in advance.

sorry missed the beginning of the thread with zenith.
do we know he waited till the last minute? might have made his intentions known early but calgary hoped he'd change his mind.

yes, would be upset about kreider but he'd be well within his rights not to sign.

will be interesting how erixon plays considering the reception he'll get. i think he'll be fine.

Good read.

Parcells was the same way in the NFL. Had that knack of being unbelievably tough on guys, but they would still love him for it. Simply because they knew he cared. The players would often follow him from team to team because that level of loyalty and familiarity is what causes wins in team sports.

It was up to their GM to get a better return. imo they tried to call Tim's bluff by not improving their offer and they ended up getting screwed

Great read, thanks for posting.

EDIT- Karlsson got the start? Don't worry, we'll make him look like Roy and Hasek's lovechild.

im feeling upwards around 6 for the Rangers. Gabby nets 3 Dub gets his first Anisimov and one of Prust, Feds or Boyle. Richards has like 3-4 assists.

As a Flames-fan I don't hate Richards. If he gets booed, then he will be, but I don't somehow believe that.

But that arse-Timmy...

additional trivia:

brad richards was selected by the Lightning using a draft pick acquired from Calgary in the 1998 Jason Wiemer trade. http://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/stats/p....php?pid=11358
