I spoke with an agent who represents a former NHL coach. He says: ''I haven't received a call from #Habs yet. But, I expect one very soon.''

Looks like a few of you guys are noticing that too. Really defies logic.
They've played that way for the last decade it seems. The one season I recall where they were aggressive (at least more aggressive) was the season they won the east. Coincidence, maybe, but they aren't built for passive trap hockey.
You would have to trade Price if you were going to tank, I would rather see a new g.m and coach. this team looks dead they remind me of the roughriders ....
No. There is a way to tank without having to trade Carey Price away: having Budaj play more starts. Even giving 30 starts to Budaj will go a long way, the first of which will hopefully be on Saturday.
Is it a bad idea to put Roy behind the bench, honestly? I really don't know much about his coaching habits.. but he's at least not far removed from the passion of the city, of the game..

I wouldnt really mind anymore. Would make the games more interesting.
NAIL YAKUPOV. The next generational player. IF Canadiens get him...it'll have Ovechkin, Crosby effect on this franchise...it's the ONLY way to win nowadays. Gauthier better do right thing and tank even if it means trading an asset like a Pacioretty or any other young players only Price and Subban untouchables...gotta somehow find a way to finish in the bottom
