I agree that JVR needs to step it up. You see flashes of last playoff, but he's been very inconsistent. The seasons still young though.

The good thing is that they play St. Louis next. A pretty good opponent for a bounce back game.

Yeah, he looks unaffected after the goals, but he's got a lot of eyes on him and he's just 18. Hopefully he goes crazy next time he scores

I like how the Flyers continued to battle hard even after the game was way out of reach.

They played a weak perimeter game that made Voukon look like he stole it when he really didn't.

I got to give the caps credit though for not letting them get to the net.

This game took a huge turn after the penalties half way through the first. You could just feel that kill the early momentum that the flyers had. I know the game didn't get blown open until the tihird, but the chemistry just wasn't there after those three straight penalties.

JVR needs to be taken off the Jagr line. Put him with Schenn or Briere.

Please everybody...for the love of god, stop calling Couturier Cooter!!! That's a terrible nickname for him to have. NOT a suitable hockey name.

Need a lot more from JVR, Voracek and especially Hartnell.

Caps are good, real good.

I thought that was one of our worst games for a long while, there were so many misplaced passes. If you solely looked at the shot totals you would think we played well but were beaten by the goalie. That stat flatters to deceive in this case.

All around poor game for the Flyers and another where we took too many stupid penalties.

still NOT happy about the way Bryz strolled back to his net after being caught in the corner, like he honestly didnt give a **** anymore.. then they scored again secs later.

Buncha crybabies on this board. It's one game. Anyone who would rather have Vokoun over Bryz needs to get their head examined. How old is he now?

I wish we could have gotten a little nasty there at the end. Not overly nasty but enough.

They should've played this type of game during the filming of 24/7

They didn't lose this game for lack of "will-power."
