Perhaps this will be the game when Wheeler realizes there are two other players on his line...

Dude this GDT just blew my mind. The Player Statistics Comparison was the cherry. I'm still depressed from the Sens loss, hopefully the boys got a decent sleep lastnight.

I got a question everyone. I have seats in upper deck for the game. Any chance I can go to lower bowl against the glass during the warm ups?

Guys, I'll be over at the Canes board for most of the game...but wanted to wish you luck.. you know I'm rooting for the Jets too...

As for the Canes, they played uninspired tonight, let one slip away, do that again and Jets will get them...

Good luck..I'll talk to you guys after the game and give a Cane/Jet fan spin

If they hustle, and play disciplined hockey, I'll be happy no matter what the outcome. I think the Canes will be slightly tired - predict 3-1 Jets.

GJG!

Nope, you can only access the upper bowl with your ticket. Reason being if they granted access to fans with upper bowl tickets to go down to the lower bowl, the idea being the lower concourse would become overcapacity and there'd be big problems if there were ever a fire.

I'd put the odds between zero and a lifetime ban from the facility.

I know someone who worked for the Moose and they apparantly allowed people to go between levels for the first game, and they said it was chaos.

No anchovies, Johnny

Winnipeg Jets coach Claude Noel has called them "free pizzas" and after another delivery on Thursday night, defenceman Johnny Oduya addressed the obvious at Friday's optional team practice.
Yes, I agree. How about anytime he serves up a pizza in a game he buys a pie for everyone in the arena the next home game.

I'll make a point to boo Ruutu tonight as he's been stinking up my fantasy squad.

3 Keys to the Jets game

1. Playing a smart tough and physical game in the corners will be a necessity (penalties will be a significant factor in this game)

2. No first line scoring equals no win. Little must become a more dominant play maker on the first line or expect his ice time to diminish significantly

3. Miscues and Giveaways. Re: 33. Take aways in the neutral ice and giveaways in the defensive zone has directly resulted in 3 losses this year. Let's hope this isn't another one of those games

They need to stop dumping the puck in every single time they're on a PP.

They almost never gain the zone that way.

Looks like Wellwood is starting on the top line tonight.

I have to admit he has been a pleasant surprise this season.

The last 3 Jets games have been promising. A win over a tough Pens squad, a game we should have won against the Leafs and a loss on a back-to-back night where the team still looked very good in the first period.

Considering Carolina played last night and the game is in Winnipeg, I predict a big win tonight. I'm also reassured by the line-up: Maxwell centering Kane and Scheifele (will take the pressure off his face-off ability) and Jones in for Meech.
