2010 -- Oct. 23 -- Mike Richards (1-2-3) and Ville Leino scored their first goals of the season in the final three minutes of the opening period helping the Flyers to a 5-2 home win. Scott Hartnell scored 1:05 into the third to give Philly a 4-2 lead then Danny Briere finished the scoring. Brian Boucher made 12 saves in the victory. 2010 -- Dec. 9 -- Danny Briere (2-1-3) scored twice and Brian Boucher made 31 saves in the Flyers' 4-1 win at Toronto. Ville Leino and Chris Pronger scored in the first period to give the Flyers a 2-0 lead. Five Flyers' defensemen had points. 2011 -- Feb. 14 -- Kris Versteeg was sent to Philadelphia in exchange for the Flyers' 1st (Stuart Percy) and 3rd round (Josh Leivo) draft picks in 2011. Versteeg became the first Flyers' player to wear #10 in a regular season game since John LeClair in 2004.
2011 -- Mar. 3 --Darryl Boyce scored the go-ahead goal with 4:30 left in regulation and James Reimer stopped 28 shots in the Leafs' 3-2 win at Philly. Nikolai Kulemin (1-1-2) and Dion Phaneuf (1-1-2) had two points. Toronto played in a one-goal game (6-0-3 record) for the ninth straight time. 2011 -- Mar. 10 -- Brian Boucher made 27 saves and the line of James van Riemsdyk, Claude Giroux (1-1-2) and Jeff Carter had four points and 13 shots in the Flyers' 3-2 win at Toronto. Mike Komisarek was ejected 3:45 into the game for boarding and Andrej Meszaros gave the Flyers a 1-0 lead during the 5-minute major. Darroll Powe made it 2-0 and Giroux's goal gave Philly a 3-1 advantage. With the victory, the Flyers had 90 points which was the sixth highest total in team history through 67 games. 2011 -- Oct. 24 -- Jaromir Jagr (2-1-3), who scored his first NHL goal since April 6, 2008, and Scott Hartnell (2-1-3) each scored twice in the Flyers' 4-2 home win. Jagr and Hartnell also had PPGs which gave Philly a 2-1 lead. Sergei Bobrovsky made 24 saves. i like the idea of putting hartnell along with giroux and jagr. he's gotta bust outta this slump, and there's no better way than putting him with those two. good things could come of this.

Laviolette is playing whack-a-mole with the lines. I thought Lavi went with the philosophy of not changing anything when you're winning. So why did he change the lineup when we were winning?
If we can't beat Jonas Gustavsson then this will be a very, very sad day.
Why they don´t put Hartnell with Briere? Why Schenn on the Wing? Matt Read at Center?

Hhmm. Maybe, they feel that Hartnell will not be on this team middle-term, and Giroux fits well with (almost) everyone - so why not park Hartnell there?
Or they think that Schenn could dish the puck to Briere forming a strong scoring line for the years to come....
