Lucic has looked great the past couple of games...I'm glad he's finally starting to heat up and showing a pulse.

Lucic looks excited to be playing w/ Seguin, he's skating like 2010 Lucic again... He has his 'gallop' back, it's good to see because as we all know Lucic is at his best when he's skating hard. Kelly at center gives them the confidence to go all out assault offensively knowing Kelly has their backs if the puck goes the other way. It's a good line, hopefully Claude rides it for a bit.

Krejci looks like he's going at 50%. Maybe injury is hampering him? Hopefully he doesnt lack motivation. Peverley is certainly skilled enough to keep up w/ Krejci offensively..just hope Pouliot can start popping some goals. Horton sleepwalking as well, he'll wake up sooner or later.. When Krejci & Horton get going, this offense will be difficult to stop, the wins will start piling up.

I've been one of Seguin's biggest proponents since day 1, so seeing this brings a giant grin to my face. Love it.

Seguin leads the team in pretty much every category.

Holy crap... Tyler Seguin leads the entire league in +/- !

Claude must think he's died and gone to heaven.

I think Caude had a big hand it that. Bringing him along slow while he learned the game in all zones was not a bad strategy after all.

U trying to imply that maybe, possibly, the very same coach who`s been hammered on here over his time (some deserved) actually knows what he`s doing????

Pretty sure winning the cup settled that debate for most people.

Wonder what the Tyler vs. Taylor poll would read at the moment?

I feel the same way about Kelly and Soupy

Seeing Seidenberg with -4 is baffling.

I feel like he has been the best defensively so far out of everyone...

Probably neither. It would be closed due to the crying Leafs/Habs fans saying Kessel/Skinner are better.

...

The profound leap forward Seguin has shown so early into this season is both the team's brightest positive and its most surprising development.

If I were to say that Segsy is a point-per-game player this year, it would have sounded ludicrous three weeks ago. But with the way he's been flying, all three zones, shooting every chance he gets, and forging chemistry with the most unlikely of linemates... he appears no less than that. What a pleasure it is to watch this kid play.
