Any Superstitions?

Anyone have a routine you did which you thought would give us an edge tonight?

I watched the game in the dark in my family room. You?

I brought a friend tonight that has only been to two other CBJ games with me and both games were wins. Lucky guy is now 3-0 when attending CBJ home games.

I was going to say that too....

After watching some post game film I'm thinking Mason needs to leave the game for a minor injury after his first goal from now on, he came back and fought like an injured Tiger....

I didn't shave after the Ottawa debacle.

Looks like it's time to grow a beard....

Well my cat kept shoving her butt in my face all game. I'm not sure that's a ritual I'm keen on following up on.

I didn't log into the HF boards a single time, nor think about doing so, the whole game. Maybe it's me.

I didn't watch the game. I watched at least part of every one before this one ... and most of the games in our terrible stretch at the end of last season.

I'll try to avoid watching them from now on

I have had my 61 nash captain sweater hanging next to my tv for years during the season. For some reason this year tho I had still left it hanging in my closet up until last nights game.

Last night I put it on during the game, and after we won hung it back up next to the tv where it belongs. Sorry all for not getting it out earlier.

I park in the same spot on the 8th floor of the parking garage across the street. We've been parking lower this season, since the wife is pregnant and all, but I told her we needed the win... so back up we went.

She took the stairs like a real trouper... took forever.

We were also late and missed the start of the game (which we never do). I was standing in line at Tim Hortons when Umberger scored.

Looks like I have some new pre-game rituals.

I've been wearing my road jersey of late because it's newer and has no autographs. The thing has seen one regular season win, has never attended a win in regulation, and has seen a whole bunch of losses.

Broke out my old Third jersey on a whim last night despite being heavily autographed. Winner, winner.

Also, I wanted to joke in a text to a friend about swan diving out of the Upper Bowl last night if they choked the game away in the 3rd, but held off until after the game was over.

Put me down for the purple pads, ladies underwear and eyelid breathing. Seriously, love the purple pads. We would be undefeated if I could get another beanbag chair.
