From a guy who actually likes Engqvist and thinks he'll be a solid player eventually - refreshing. The guy is awesome. Smart player, good speed, good on draws (although he's not taking any tonight since our Top-3 centres have been dynamite).

Turns out that some players who were thought to be angry at JM were angry at Pearn instead.

I'm not saying this has been Perry Pearn's fault but DAMN i love the way the habs played that period. We all know Pearn was in charge of the defense and special teams but tonight thepPower play looks dangerous, PK is ok for now, Gill 2nd least in minutes, Diaz last in mins for D...Habs defense actually sticking up for Price when ever a flyers player get near (Cole, Weber all jumping on Simmons, JVR, etc.)

I wouldn't mind a fight, have we gotten in one of those this year?
Fighting with a 2goal lead = fail.

it seems like 2 different teams came to play in the first and second period...what a difference a goal makes....that was some entertaing hockey...just gotta get better on the PK...keep getting caught out of position

Solid period...for a change we seem to be getting the breaks. The AK goal was similar to the Tieing goal on Saturday.

Cole is a force out there.

Phillie board must be filled with "what the heck is Simmonds doing on the PP" he is our version of Darche but smaller.

Cole has been very good, too.
Maybe its the #68 effect, but Weber, after a slow start, is slowly getting used to a spot, i cant see him being demoted to the pressbox or used a winger.

You could laugh about him, but Spacek is really an important player.

Man if Simmonds had any finish at all it'd be 3-3. Giroux is setting him up all over the place.

Winning faceoff's as been a problem for the Flyers this year so it's nice to see the Habs take advantage of a team worse than them taking faceoff's..

A win would do wonders for team confidence going into Boston tomorrow. Just don't let up in the third and we've got this.

AGREE wholeheartedly with Bob MacKenzie - "The HABS have played better than their record reflects" (dominated BUFF + FLA and LOST). Hell, I thought we could have been 3-0 to start the year - weren't, but we were NOT playin bad!!

BTW, who else likes waking to Evelyn Audet everyday??? (Ok, video featuring, Evelyne??) Just askin?

Like I said after that, Price is playing better tonight - must have been the pink pads.

If Eller, Cammalleri and Cole had finish it would be 7-1
